Welcome to Wittyscale ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered receptionist service available at wittyscale.glimtalk.com (the "Service").

  • Make payments: Billing details, payment card information (processed securely by our payment processor)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Service, we automatically collect:

  • Call data: Caller phone numbers, call duration, call time/date, call outcomes
  • Call recordings and transcripts: Audio recordings and text transcriptions of phone conversations handled by the AI receptionist
  • Usage data: Features used, pages viewed, time spent, click patterns
  • Device information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
  • Log data: Error logs, performance data, system diagnostics

2.3 Third-Party Integrations

If you connect third-party services (Google Calendar, Cal.com, CRM systems), we may collect information from those services in accordance with their privacy policies and your authorization.

3How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the Service: Operate the AI receptionist, answer calls, book appointments, respond to inquiries

4Call Recordings and Transcripts

Important Notice

All phone calls handled by Wittyscale are recorded and transcribed for service delivery, quality assurance, and compliance purposes.

4.1 Recording Consent

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that all calls will be recorded. You are responsible for complying with applicable recording consent laws in your jurisdiction. In jurisdictions requiring two-party consent, you must inform callers that calls are being recorded. Our AI can be configured to play a consent message at the beginning of each call.

4.2 Use of Recordings

Call recordings and transcripts are used to:

  • Provide you with call logs and transcripts in your dashboard
  • Enable you to review customer interactions and appointments
  • Train and improve AI models (using aggregated, de-identified data)
  • Resolve disputes or verify appointment bookings
  • Comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements

4.3 HIPAA Compliance for Healthcare Clients

For healthcare providers subject to HIPAA, we offer a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Under the BAA, we implement additional safeguards for Protected Health Information (PHI) and limit the use and disclosure of such information. 4.4 Access to Recordings

Only you (the account holder) and authorized users on your account can access your call recordings and transcripts. We do not share recordings with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

We may share your information with:

We work with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf:

  • Telnyx: Voice API and telephony services
  • Google (Gemini AI): AI language processing and natural language understanding
  • Supabase: Database and authentication services
  • LemonSqueezy: Payment processing and subscription management
  • Cal.com: Appointment scheduling integration
  • Cloud hosting providers: Oracle Cloud, Vercel
  • Analytics providers: Usage analytics and performance monitoring

These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services to us and must protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

5.2 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
