All phone calls handled by Wittyscale are recorded and transcribed for service delivery, quality assurance, and compliance purposes.
4.1 Recording Consent
By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that all calls will be recorded. You are responsible for complying with applicable recording consent laws in your jurisdiction. In jurisdictions requiring two-party consent, you must inform callers that calls are being recorded. Our AI can be configured to play a consent message at the beginning of each call.
4.2 Use of Recordings
Call recordings and transcripts are used to:
- Provide you with call logs and transcripts in your dashboard
- Enable you to review customer interactions and appointments
- Train and improve AI models (using aggregated, de-identified data)
- Resolve disputes or verify appointment bookings
- Comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements
4.3 HIPAA Compliance for Healthcare Clients

4.4 Access to Recordings
Only you (the account holder) and authorized users on your account can access your call recordings and transcripts. We do not share recordings with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.
